Manatee County Government Expo & Job Fair at MTC next Wednesday | From the Bradenton Herald

BRADENTON — Hiring managers and representatives from various departments and city governments in Manatee County will host a job fair from 2-5 p.m. Wednesday at the Main Campus of Manatee Technical College, 6305 State Road 70 East in Bradenton.

Visitors are also invited to tour the campus to learn more about the over 50 career prep programs at MTC.

Representatives will provide an overview of their department or government entity and will accept applications for open positions from entry to management level. Participants include the Board of County Commissioners, Manatee Sheriff’s Office, Property Appraiser, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tax Collector, Supervisor of Elections, and the cities of Longboat Key, Anna Maria and Palmetto.

“The demand for entry-level and skilled professionals in Manatee County continues to increase. This event will give job seekers a convenient way to explore employment possibilities and apply for positions available in the County.” said Rodney Barnes, human resources director for Manatee County. “We’re delighted to be able to host this event at Manatee Technical College, where we’ll be able to meet with both students and the general public.”
