MTC to host blood drive on Sept. 10-11 | From the Bradenton Herald

Manatee Technical College will host a Remembrance Blood Drive on Sept. 10 and 11.  The blood drive will commemorate the 14th anniversary of 9/11 by saving lives.

All life-saving donors will receive a free limited-edition 9/11 commemorative t-shirt and a wellness checkup.  The free checkup includes blood pressure, pulse, temperature, iron count and cholesterol screening.

Every donation can save up to three lives.

The hours for the blood drive are Thursday, Sept. 10, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 11, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the MTC Main Campus.
