MTC Today

Manatee Technical College is one of 52 public tech centers/colleges in 32 school districts in Florida. MTC offers training for careers in 13 of the 15 in-demand industries requiring technical certification in Sarasota and Manatee counties. The Bradenton Area Economic Development Corporation, Manatee Chamber of Commerce, CareerSource Suncoast, Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, and many local companies count on MTC to help meet local workforce demands and attract new business and industry to the Bradenton area. Over 300 local companies serve on our programs’ Advisory Committees.
