Customer Assistance Technology

Program Content: Prepares for a career as a Customer Care Specialist. Coursework includes, but is not limited to, verbal and nonverbal communication skills, leadership, decision making, problem solving, professionalism, technical applications, telephone skills, and employability.

Length of Program: 450 hours – approximately 6 months full-time to complete
