Manatee Technical College (MTC) has appointed Heather Koester as its new Business and Industry Services Coordinator. In his new role, Koester will connect the local business community to more over 50 MTC workforce training programs. She will work to develop and establish strong lines of communication with current and new business and industrial partners. Responsibilities include developing programs to keep current and future staff of our local employers trained to meet current and emerging workforce needs; connect local employers with qualified candidates who possess technical knowledge, as well as the practical experience necessary in the current technological environment; and align business and industry leaders with MTC’s advisory board to help drive future growth…
