Job Title or Skills Set Required

Summary:
The Facility Maintenance Technician/2nd Shift will perform equipment and facility maintenance tasks assigned by supervisor/manager, attends, and participates in annual training per company requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide their internal customers with correct products and services, on time.
Create, communicate, and accomplish daily department schedules.
Keep WOs and associated documentation with each part throughout the manufacturing process and provide documentation to their internal customer.
Retain traceability throughout the manufacturing process where applicable.
Keep ERP data current and correct.
Follow processes as outlined all pertinent HCOA Operation Procedures, Work Instructions and OEM service manuals.
Troubleshoot and repair all standard electrical components and detect minor equipment issues and corrects them.
Disassemble and reassemble equipment such as gearboxes, cylinders, pumps, valves, and motors.
Repair or replace worn or defective parts with or without supervision.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and pneumatics with or without supervision.
Perform basic welding and machining.
Perform preventative maintenance per Facility Maintenance Schedule.
Complete CMMS work order documentation.
Ensure work areas are clean and free from Foreign Object Debris.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum:

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Knowledge of methods and techniques of troubleshooting, repairing, and installing facility equipment.
Knowledge of methods and techniques of stick, carbon arc, mig, tig welding. Or the willingness to learn.
Knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, and painting to handle basic repairs and tasks assigned.
Security Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the US. If required possess the ability to pass the Defense National Agency Check IAW DoDD 5200.2
Background and Drug test required.
