– Delivery of patient care to assigned patients, provides care for clients as ordered by primary care provider
– Identifies, implements, and maintains appropriate teaching plans for patient and caregivers under direction of a Registered Nurse
– Follows plan of care and collaborates with Registered Nurse regarding patient response to treatment and change in status
– Must have own reliable transportation…mileage reimbursements given
